AMOUNT; APPLICATION. Unless the aggregate outstanding principal balance of the Term Loans or the outstanding principal balance of Loans made under the Acquisition Subfacility and evidenced by Acquisition Loan Notes of an even date is to be prepaid in full, voluntary prepayments of the Term Loans or such Loans made under the Acquisition Subfacility shall be in an aggregate minimum amount of $500,000 and integral multiples of $100,000 in excess of that amount. Each voluntary prepayment of the Term Loans shall be allocated ratably to the Term Loans based on the then outstanding principal balance thereof and then applied ratably to the unpaid installments of such Term Loans in the inverse order of maturity until paid in full. Each voluntary prepayment of such Loans made under the Acquisition Subfacility shall be allocated ratably to such Loans based on the then outstanding principal balance thereof and then applied ratably to the unpaid installments of such Loans in the inverse order of maturity until paid in full.

However, your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates and other messaging, data and other rates and charges will apply to certain Mobile Application Services. You should check with your carrier to find out what plans your carrier offers and how much the plans cost. In addition, the use or availability of certain Mobile Application Services may be prohibited or restricted by your wireless carrier, and not all Mobile Application Services may work with all wireless carriers or Devices. Therefore, you should check with your wireless carrier to find out if the Mobile Application Services are available for your wireless Device, and what restrictions, if any, may be applicable to your use of such Mobile Application Services.

  • Application Process The employees wishing to enter into a job share arrangement will apply in writing to the Employer and forward a copy to the Union outlining the proposed commencement date of the job share, how the hours and days of work will be shared and how communication and continuity of work will be maintained. The Employer shall communicate a decision on a job share request in writing to the applicants. Applications to Job Sharing shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan. The Company’s legal basis for the collection, processing and usage of the International Participant’s personal data is the International Participant’s consent.

  • Application of Collections All collections for the Collection Period shall be applied by the Servicer as follows: (a) With respect to each Receivable (other than a Purchased Receivable or a Sold Receivable), payments by or on behalf of the Obligor, (other than Supplemental Servicing Fees with respect to such Receivable, to the extent collected) shall be applied to interest and principal in accordance with the Simple Interest Method. (b) All amounts collected that are payable to the Servicer as Supplemental Servicing Fees hereunder shall be deposited in the Collection Account and paid to the Servicer in accordance with Section 5.7(a).

  • Application Fee Prior to the Resident being accepted to The Residence, a non-refundable Application Fee of $100 must be made. This Application Fee applies to each application and is not refundable in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the Resident’s application. The amount of the Application Fee is detailed in Table 4.

  • Insurance Application An employee on unpaid leave is eligible to continue to participate in group insurance programs if permitted under the insurance policy provisions. The employee shall pay the entire premium for such insurance commencing with the beginning of the leave and shall pay to the School District the monthly premium in advance, except as otherwise provided in law. In the event the employee is on paid leave from the School District under Section 1. above or supplemented by sick leave pursuant to Section 2. above, the School District will continue insurance contributions as provided in this Agreement until sick leave is exhausted. Thereafter, the employee must pay the entire premium for any insurance retained.
