Analysis of Patterns, Incentives, and Controls. The more detailed analysis called for in task 5.4.3 shall be carried out by the Contractor. Typical tasks shall include analysis of the extent and apparent cause of pattern absence (such as absence on days preceding or following specific holidays, absence ending on days preceding a scheduled day off, shifts in categories of absence, etc). Also, the effect of benefit and discipline incentives, as well as the effectiveness of control programs, shall be analyzed.
