Common use of Ancillary Service Certification Clause in Contracts

Ancillary Service Certification. The Demand Response Provider shall not use a Scheduling Coordinator to submit a Bid for the provision of an Ancillary Service or submit a Submission to Self-Provide an Ancillary Service unless the Scheduling Coordinator serving that Demand Response Provider is in possession of a current Ancillary Service certificate pursuant to Sections 8.3.4 and 8.4 of the XXXXX Xxxxxx.
