Employee Certification. Employee hereby certifies that he has had an adequate opportunity to review, and understands all the terms and conditions of, this Agreement.
Employee Certification. 2.18.1 The Charter School may employ non-certificated personnel provided that:
2.18.1.1 no more than twenty percent (20%) of the full-time equivalent instructional staff positions are filled by non-certificated personnel; and
2.18.1.2 all non-certificated instructional personnel are supervised by certificated instructional personnel.
2.18.2 The Charter School shall ensure that all instructional employees of the charter school have experience, training and skills appropriate to the instructional duties of the employee. For non-certificated instructional personnel, appropriate experience, training and skills shall be determined according to the criteria set forth in section 160.420.2, RSMo.
2.18.3 The Charter School may not employ instructional personnel whose certificate of license to teach has been revoked or is currently suspended by the state board of education.
2.18.4 The Charter School shall maintain copies of individual employment agreements or contracts on file at the School. Such files shall be subject to periodic inspection by the Sponsor.

Employee Certification. The employee may certify an illness without a certificate from a qualified medical practitioner or nurse practitioner when:
(a) the sick leave has not exceeded five (5) consecutive working days or shifts, and
(b) in the current fiscal year, the employee has not already been granted ten (10) days or shifts sick leave on the employee's own certification.
Employee Certification. All employees shall have and maintain such licenses and certifications required for their positions by law. Each new employee shall provide applicable license and certification materials to Human Resources and the signed Michigan Department of Education highly qualified teacher report form with supporting documentation (e.g., transcripts, portfolios, etc.) prior to their first day of employment. In the event the employee does not comply with the above, his/her personal contract will be revoked unless such time is extended by mutual agreement between the employee and Human Resources, provided the delay of submission of the materials is beyond the control of the employee.

Employee Certification. The Board will follow the applicable provisions of ORC Chapters 5123 and 5126 concerning bargaining unit employees.
Employee Certification. The Employee covenants and agrees with the Company that if, at the time of exercise of the Option, there does not exist a Registration Statement on an appropriate form under the Securities Act (as defined in Paragraph 18), which Registration Statement shall have become effective and shall include a prospectus that is current with respect to the shares subject to the Option, then the Employee shall execute and deliver a certificate to the Company indicating (a) that he is purchasing the shares for his own account and not with a view to the resale or distribution thereof, (b) that any subsequent offer for sale or sale of any such shares shall be made either pursuant to (i) a Registration Statement on an appropriate form under the Securities Act, which Registration Statement shall have become effective and shall be current with respect to the shares being offered and sold, or (ii) a specific exemption from the registration requirements of the Securities Act and any rules and regulations thereunder and applicable state securities laws and regulations, but in claiming such exemption, the Employee shall, prior to any offer for sale or sale of such shares, obtain a favorable written opinion from counsel for or approved by the Company as to the applicability of such exemption, and (c) that the Employee agrees that the certificate or certificates evidencing such shares shall bear a legend to the effect of the foregoing.
Employee Certification. Section 15.1 Employees in the bargaining unit are required to obtain and maintain a certificate/license and/or permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education (“ODE”) and/or the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (“XXXX”). Obtaining and maintaining this certification/license/permit is a responsibility of the employee. In all circumstances, employees shall be responsible for filing with the Employer all certificates/licenses/permits issued to the employee by ODE and/or XXXX within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the certificates/licenses/permits. Employees must have eligibility documents on file with the Employer by the beginning of the school year unless:
A. the absence of such certificate/license/permit is solely due to an error of the certifying department and no fault of the employee.
B. the employee is a first year teacher who can verify a bachelor's degree and making application to the certifying department for the certificate/license/permit.
Section 15.2 Employees failing to show evidence of successful completion of certification/licensing/permit requirements within their classification may have their employment terminated unless the employee is eligible and applies for an available position under Section 15.3 of this Agreement.
Section 15.3 If a vacancy exists in another bargaining unit position for which the employee is qualified, the employee may request a voluntary demotion to the vacant position.
