Supply Price The Initial Term “Supply Price” for the “Monthly Fixed Price Volume” set forth on Exhibit A shall be $[______]/MWh for the first [***] years of the Initial Term, and thereafter shall be the then-current market price as mutually agreed by Customer and Supplier prior to the end of the [***] year. The Extension Term Supply Price, if any, will be the then-current market price as mutually agreed by Customer and Supplier prior to entering into the Extension Term. Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
