The Service Contract definition

The Service Contract means the documents forming the tenders and acceptance thereof together with the documents referred to therein including the conditions, specifications/Scope of Work, designs, drawings and instructions issued from time to time by the Purchaser/ Owner and all these documents taken together shall be deemed to form one contract and shall be complementary to one another.
