Annexation of Additional Land into the DISTRICT. If the DISTRICT receives a petition from a landowner for the inclusion of additional land into the DISTRICT and the DISTRICT desires to annex such land, the DISTRICT shall undertake all necessary actions pursuant to Chapters 49 and 54, Texas Water Code, to request the CITY’s consent to such annexation. The CITY agrees to reasonably consider such requests in a timely manner and the CITY’s consent will not be unreasonably withheld..
