Announcements 4.1 Neither party will make or permit to be made any announcement or disclosure of its prospective interest in the Bid without the prior written consent of the other party.

Placement of DNS probes Probes for measuring DNS parameters shall be placed as near as possible to the DNS resolvers on the networks with the most users across the different geographic regions; care shall be taken not to deploy probes behind high propagation-‐delay links, such as satellite links.
Public Disclosure Unless otherwise required by law, prior to the ----------------- Effective Time, no disclosure (whether or not in response to an inquiry) of the subject matter of this Agreement shall be made by any party hereto unless approved by Parent and the Company prior to release, provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Announcement of Vacancies 11.6.1 All vacancy notices of classified bargaining Unit Member positions shall be distributed as follows:
Intercept and Referral Announcements 6.1 When a Customer changes its service provider from Verizon to CBB, or from CBB to Verizon, and does not retain its original telephone number, the Party formerly providing service to such Customer shall provide a referral announcement (“Referral Announcement”) on the abandoned telephone number which provides the Customer’s new number or other appropriate information, to the extent known to the Party formerly providing service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a Party shall not be obligated under this Section to provide a Referral Announcement if the Customer owes the Party unpaid overdue amounts or the Customer requests that no Referral Announcement be provided.
Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion. The Board may want to announce the vacancy and its intent to fill it by appointment during an open meeting. The announcement may be posted on the District's website and in the local newspaper(s). The individual selected will serve on the School Board from the date of appointment to [date]. The length of the appointment depends upon when during the term of office the vacancy occurred. See 105 ILCS 5/10-10 and Board policy 2:70, Vacancies on the School Board - Filling Vacancies, to determine the length of the appointment. Consultations and Exchange of Information Either Contracting Party may request consultations on the interpretation or application of this Agreement. The other Contracting Party shall give sympathetic consideration to the request. Upon request by either Contracting Party, information shall be exchanged on the measures of the other Contracting Party that may have an impact on new investments, investments or returns covered by this Agreement.
PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS AND OTHER TRANSACTION PROBLEMS In the event of a problem with a Debit Card transaction, or unauthorized Debit Card transaction, other than a matter related to goods or services provided by Merchants, I will report the issue promptly to my Credit Union and the Credit Union will investigate and respond to the issue on a timely basis. My Credit Union will not unreasonably restrict me from the use of any funds subject to dispute, if it is reasonably evident that I did not contribute to the problem or unauthorized transaction. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.
Public Announcement Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the parties hereto shall consult with each other before issuing any press release or otherwise making any public statements with respect to this Agreement and shall not issue any such press release or make any such public statement prior to such consultation.
