Consultations and Exchange of Information. Either Contracting Party may request consultations on the interpretation or application of this Agreement. The other Contracting Party shall give sympathetic consideration to the request. Upon request by either Contracting Party, information shall be exchanged on the measures of the other Contracting Party that may have an impact on new investments, investments or returns covered by this Agreement.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. Upon request by either Contracting Party, the other Contracting Party shall promptly accept to consult on the interpretation or application of this Agreement. Upon request by either Contracting Party, information shall be exchanged on the impact that the laws, regulations, decisions, administrative practices or procedures, or policies of the other Contracting Party may have on investments covered by this Agreement.
2. The consultations provided for by this Article shall include consultations concerning any steps that a Contracting Party may consider are necessary to ensure compatibility between this Agreement and the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. At the request of any Party, the Parties shall consult on any issue adversely affecting the competitive interests for trade or investment among them within the objectives of this Chapter.
2. Information or documents exchanged between the Parties in relation to any consultation conducted pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter shall be kept confidential. No Party shall, except to comply with its domestic legal requirements, release or disclose such information or documents to any person without the written consent of the Party that provided such information or documents. Where the disclosure of such information or documents is necessary to comply with the domestic legal requirements of a Party, that Party shall notify the other Parties before such disclosure is made. The Parties may agree to the public release of information that they do not consider confidential.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. Representatives of the Contracting Parties shall, whenever necessary, bold consultations on any matter affecting the implementation of this Agreement. These consultations shall be held on the proposal of one of the Contracting Parties at a place and a time to be agreed upon through diplomatic channels. Upon request by either Contracting Party, information shall be exchanged on the impact of the laws, regulations, decisions, administrative practices or procedures or policies that the other Contracting Party may have on investments covered by this Agreement.

2. If one Party requests in writing that the other Party supply information in its possession concerning investments in its territory by nationals or companies of the Party making the request, then the other Party shall, consistent with its applicable laws and regulations and with due regard for business confidentiality, endeavor to establish appropriate procedures and arrangements for the provision of any such information.

If one Party requests in writing that the other Party supply information in its possession concerning investments in its territory by nationals or companies of the Party making the request, then the other Party shall, consistent with its applicable laws and regulations and with regard for business confidentiality, endeavor to establish appropriate procedures and arrangements for the provision of any such information.

The Parties, upon the written request of one of them, shall promptly hold consultations for the purpose of discussing the interpretation of application of the Treaty or to resolve any disputes in connection therewith. Consultations shall be held should one Party request consultations on grounds that its international interests are or are likely to be adversely affected by laws, regulations, administrative practices or procedures, adjudicatory decisions, or policies of the other Party that pertain to or affect investments of its nationals or companies in the territory of such other Party, including conditions imposed on establishment.
2. If one Party requests in writing that the other Party supply information in its possession concerning investments in its territory by nationals or companies of the Party making the request, then the other Party shall, consistent with its applicable laws and regulations and with due regard for business confidentiality, endeavor to establish appropriate procedures and arrangements for the provision of any such information.
3. Furthermore, in order to assess the effectiveness of this Treaty in encouraging and protecting investments, consultations could take place periodically between the two parties.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. The representatives of the two Contracting Parties shall hold meetings from time to time for the purpose of:
(a) Reviewing the implementation of this agreement;
(b) Exchanging legal information and investment opportunities;
(c) Resolving dispute arising out of investments;
(d) Forwarding proposals on promotion of investment;
(f) Studying other issues in connection with investments. Where either Contracting party request consultation on any matters of Paragraph 1 of this Article, the other Contracting Party shall give prompt response and the consultation be held alternately in Beijing and Sarajevo.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. Upon the request by either Contracting Parry, the other Contracting Party shall, without undue delay, begin consultations concerning interpretation and application of this Agreement.
2. Upon the request by either Contracting Parry, information shall be exchanged on the impact that the laws, regulations, decisions, administrative practices or procedures or policies of the other Contracting Party may have on investments covered by this Agreement.
Consultations and Exchange of Information. 1. The Parties shall, upon the written request of either of them, promptly hold consultations to discuss the interpretation or application of this Treaty or to resolve any disputes in connection therewith.
2. Further, for the purpose of reviewing the operation of this Treaty in encouraging investments, consultations should be held biennially between the two Parties. Those consultations should aim at exchanging information and views on the progress regarding investments.
3. If one Party requests in writing that the other Party supply information in its possession concerning investments in its territory by nationals or companies of the Part making the request, then the other Party shall, consistent with its applicable laws and regulations and with due regard for business confidentiality, endeavor to establish appropriate procedures and arrangements for the provision of any such information.
