Announcements and Press Releases. Any press releases or any other public announcements concerning this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunder shall be approved in advance by Vision 21; provided, however, that if Shareholder or the Company reasonably believes that he or it has a legal obligation to make a press release and the consent of Vision 21 cannot be obtained, then the release may be made without such approval.
