Common use of Annual Additions Reduction Clause in Contracts

Annual Additions Reduction. If any participant is a participant under any other Defined Contribution Plan maintained by the Company, the total of the annual additions to such participant’s account from all such Defined Contribution Plans shall not exceed the limitations set forth in Paragraph 12.1. If it is determined that as a result of the limitation set forth in the preceding sentence, the annual additions to the participant’s account in this Plan must be reduced, such reduction shall be accomplished in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 12.2.
