Annual Audit. SUBRECIPIENT shall arrange for an independent audit to be performed by a Certified Public Accountant, which shall include an audit of the WIOA funds received from COUNTY, in accordance with the Act, 20 CFR WIOA NPRM Part 683.200, and 2 CFR 200 Subpart F and 2 CFR 2900 Subpart F. SUBRECIPIENT shall submit two (2) copies of each required audit report to COUNTY within thirty (30) days after the date received by SUBRECIPIENT.
