Common use of Annual Audit Clause in Contracts

Annual Audit. SUBRECIPIENT shall arrange for an independent audit to be performed by a Certified Public Accountant, which shall include an audit of the WIOA funds received from COUNTY, in accordance with the Act, 20 CFR WIOA NPRM Part 683.200, and 2 CFR 200 Subpart F and 2 CFR 2900 Subpart F. SUBRECIPIENT shall submit two (2) copies of each required audit report to COUNTY within thirty (30) days after the date received by SUBRECIPIENT.

Annual Audit. SUBRECIPIENT CONTRACTOR shall arrange for an independent audit to be performed by a Certified Public Accountant, which shall include an audit of the WIA/WIOA funds received from COUNTY, in accordance with the Act, 20 CFR WIOA NPRM Part 683.200C.F.R. Section 667.200, and 2 29 CFR 200 Subpart F Parts 96 and 2 CFR 2900 Subpart F. SUBRECIPIENT 99. CONTRACTOR shall submit two (2) copies of each required audit report to COUNTY within thirty (30) days after the date received by SUBRECIPIENTCONTRACTOR.
