Common use of Annual Base Compensation Clause in Contracts

Annual Base Compensation. Employer shall pay ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as annual base compensation (the “Annual Base Compensation”), payable in equal semimonthly payments, the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars ($978,528) during the term of this Agreement.
