Common use of Annual Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Annual Base Salary. Executive’s annual base salary shall be paid at the rate of $640,000 440,000 per year (“Annual Base Salary”), payable in equal installments, less applicable payroll deductions and withholdings, in accordance with on the Company’s standard ordinary payroll practicescycle. Executive’s Annual Base Salary shall be subject to annual review by the Company’s compensation committee Board and may be increased, adjusted from time to time. As an exempt salaried employee, Executive will be required to work the Company’s normal business hours, and such additional time as appropriate for Executive’s work assignments and position, and Executive will not be entitled to overtime compensation.
