Annual Bonus Upon Termination. The Executive’s participation in any and all annual bonus plans shall cease immediately on the date the Executive receives or gives notice of termination of this Agreement and the Executive shall only be entitled to receive any Annual Bonus prorated to the date the Executive receives or gives notice of termination.
