Annual Budgetary Allocation Notification for Select. The Authority shall, by no later than (a) 30 (thirty) days prior to the Completion of the Hospital; and (b) subsequently, on 28 February of each calendar year, issue Annual Budgetary Allocation Notification for Select Patients applicable to the Financial Year in which the Completion of the Hospital occurs and/or the immediately succeeding Financial Year. It is clarified that the annual budgetary allocation that shall be notified by the Authority under the Annual Budgetary Allocation Notification for Select Patients shall take into account and be calculated on the basis of the rates specified in Clause 30.2 and that such budget shall not be less than the amount of the Revenue Share paid or is required to be paid by the Concessionaire to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement in the immediately previous Financial Year (Minimum Budget). Provided however that for the purposes of first Annual Budgetary Allocation Notification for Select Patients, the Minimum Budget shall relate to the Revenue Share payable for relevant Financial Year in which said notification is issued. In the event that the Authority fails to issue the Annual Budgetary Allocation Notification for Select Patients for a Financial Year in accordance with the provisions of this Clause 30.4, the Minimum Budget shall be deemed to be the budget for such Financial Year.
