Annual Conventions. Hyatt may, at its option, hold an annual convention for Franchise System Hotels (the “Annual Convention”) at a location Hyatt designates. At Hyatt’s option, the Annual Convention may be combined with an annual convention for some or all other Hyatt-Affiliated Hotels. Hyatt may require Franchisee’s general manager and other key Hotel personnel to attend the Annual Convention. Franchisee must pay Hyatt’s then current attendance fee for each person from the Hotel who attends the Annual Convention. Franchisee also must pay all expenses that its attendees incur to attend the Annual Convention.
Annual Conventions. We may, at our option, hold an annual convention for Hyatt Place Hotels or all Hyatt Select Hotels Group hotels (which currently include Hyatt Place Hotels and Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels and may include other hotel brands in the future) (the “Annual Convention”) at a location we designate. Annual Conventions. Subject to the needs of the Department, the President, Executive Vice-President, Vice- President, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Sergeant at Arms, or their respective designees, shall be granted relief of all Police duties for a period of four days with pay to attend the annual police Conference of New York Convention.
Annual Conventions. The Union shall be allowed to designate up to four (4) delegates to attend the annual conventions of the CSEA as representatives of the Union, upon two (2) weeks’ notice to the Department Head. Attendance at such convention shall be at the expense of the employee(s), except that an employee shall have the right to use accumulated personal or vacation leave for this purpose. The Union shall be allowed a total of ten (10) work days in the aggregate each year of the contract for designated delegates to attend annual conventions of the CSEA without loss of pay. In addition, leave without loss of pay or leave credits shall be granted to any duly elected or appointed officer or representative of the Unit to attend Regional or Statewide meetings of the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc., or a committee thereof. The leave granted herein shall not exceed an aggregate total of ten (10) working days per year.

  • Measurements and arithmetic conventions All measurements and calculations shall be in the metric system and calculations done to 2 (two) decimal places, with the third digit of 5 (five) or above being rounded up and below 5 (five) being rounded down.

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

  • File Naming Conventions Files will be named according to the following convention: {gTLD}_{YYYY-MM-DD}_{type}_S{#}_R{rev}.{ext} where: {gTLD} is replaced with the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-TLD, the ASCII-compatible form (A-Label) must be used; {YYYY-MM-DD} is replaced by the date corresponding to the time used as a timeline watermark for the transactions; i.e. for the Full Deposit corresponding to 2009-08-02T00:00Z, the string to be used would be “2009-08-02”; {type} is replaced by: “full”, if the data represents a Full Deposit; “diff”, if the data represents a Differential Deposit; “thin”, if the data represents a Bulk Registration Data Access file, as specified in Section 3 of Specification 4; {#} is replaced by the position of the file in a series of files, beginning with “1”; in case of a lone file, this must be replaced by “1”. {rev} is replaced by the number of revision (or resend) of the file beginning with “0”: {ext} is replaced by “sig” if it is a digital signature file of the quasi-homonymous file. Otherwise it is replaced by “ryde”.

  • Union Conventions Leave of Absence without pay and without loss of seniority shall be granted upon request to the Employer, to employees elected or appointed to represent the Union at Union Conventions or seminars. The total of such time off for all causes and for all employees in this unit combined shall not exceed fifteen (15) working days in any calendar year.
