Common use of Annual Demographic Report Clause in Contracts

Annual Demographic Report. The Board will provide to the Union in October of each year, in electronic format, a demographic report which contains the following information for each employee in the Bargaining Unit: the employee’s name; identification number; street address, city; state; zip code, and worksite. This listing shall be based on the active employee’s records during the first pay period of September. The parties agree that this provision is subject to any prohibition imposed upon the Board by courts of competent jurisdiction or laws of the United States or the State of Michigan.
