Common use of Annual Dues Clause in Contracts

Annual Dues. During the initial term and each renewal term of your membership, you agree to pay us annual dues in the amount of $349.00 per year. Applicable taxes, if any, will be added to your annual dues. BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE MAKING A LEGAL COMMITMENT TO PAY ANNUAL DUES FOR A MINIMUM OF THREE YEARS.
