ANNUAL LEAVE ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY. An employee who is on temporary disability leave of absence as provided in Section 1308 shall be entitled to accrue the same annual leave credits he would have normally accrued had he not been placed on temporary disability leave of absence without pay.
