ANNUAL LEAVE ACCRUAL WHILE ON TEMPORARY DISABILITY. An employee who is entitled to temporary disability indemnity under Division 4 or Division 4.5 of the Labor Code shall accrue annual leave during the period he receives temporary disability indemnity.
