Common use of Annual License Fees Clause in Contracts

Annual License Fees. 4.2.1 Company agrees to pay Broad annual license maintenance fees (“License Fees”) as follows: 2016 – 2020 $ [***] 2021 and each subsequent Calendar Year during the Term $ [***] 4.2.2 Each License Fee shall be due and payable on January 1st of the Calendar Year to which such fee applies and shall be creditable against any Royalties due and payable under Section 4.4 below with respect to Licensed Products sold in the same Calendar Year that such License Fee was due. 4.2.3 The License Fees include all consideration due or payable with respect to the Software License.
