Annual Overview of Insurances. On an annual basis, the Borrower shall furnish OPIC with an annual overview of its insurances, which shall include a list of all insurance policies and description of all renewals and other changes to the insurances for the previous year. Any certificates of insurance/binders, certificates from Borrower’s insurance broker or copies of insurance policies required to be delivered pursuant to Section 5.1 of this Schedule 6.04 that have not previously been delivered to OPIC shall be delivered together with such annual overview of insurances. Upon request, the Borrower will promptly furnish OPIC with copies of all Insurance Policies, binders and cover notes, reinsurance policies (if any) or other evidence of such insurance relating to the insurance required to be maintained by the Borrower, which documents, to the extent available, shall be provided in English.

Annual Overview of Insurances. On an annual basis, the Borrower shall furnish OPIC and the Insurance Advisor with an annual overview of the Borrower’s insurance and reinsurance coverage, which shall include a list of all Insurance Policies and a description of all renewals and other changes to such policies during the previous year. Any certificates of insurance or reinsurance, as applicable, insurance or reinsurance binders, as applicable, certificates from the Borrower’s insurance and reinsurance broker, as applicable, or copies of Insurance Policies required to be delivered pursuant to Section 6.1 of this Schedule 6.03 that have not previously been delivered to OPIC shall be delivered together with such annual overview of insurance and reinsurance. Upon request, the Borrower will promptly furnish OPIC with copies of all Insurance Policies, binders and cover notes or other evidence of such insurance (or reinsurance).

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Majority Lenders, significant and capable of affecting the Owners or the Ships and their insurance (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which the Owners may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the Borrower.

  • Minimum Scope of Insurance Coverage shall be at least as broad as: 1. The coverage provided by Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liability coverage (“occurrence”) Form Number CG 0001; and 2.   • Cost of Insurance The cost of all insurance required herein to be secured and maintained by Engineer shall be borne solely by Engineer, with certificates of insurance evidencing such minimum coverage in force to be filed with County. Such Certificates of Insurance are evidenced as Exhibit F herein entitled “Certificates of Insurance.”

  • Requirements of Insurance All such insurance shall (i) provide that no cancellation, material reduction in amount or material change in coverage thereof shall be effective until at least 10 days (or, to the extent reasonably available, 30 days) after receipt by the Collateral Agent of written notice thereof (the Borrower shall deliver a copy of the policy (and to the extent any such policy is cancelled or renewed, a renewal or replacement policy) or other evidence thereof to the Administrative Agent and the Collateral Agent, or insurance certificate with respect thereto) and (ii) name the Collateral Agent as loss payee (in the case of property insurance) or additional insured on behalf of the Secured Parties (in the case of liability insurance) (it being understood that, absent an Event of Default, any proceeds of any such property insurance shall be delivered by the insurer(s) to the Borrower or one of its Subsidiaries and applied in accordance with this Agreement), as applicable.

  • Maintenance of Insurance Policies The Servicer shall, in accordance with its customary practices, policies and procedures, require that each Obligor shall have obtained physical damage insurance covering the Financed Vehicle as of the execution of the related Receivable. The Servicer shall, in accordance with its customary practices, policies and procedures, track such physical damage insurance with respect to each Receivable.

  • Maintenance of Insurance Coverage Each party agrees to maintain throughout the term of this Agreement professional liability insurance coverage of the type and amount reasonably customary in its industry. Upon request, a party shall furnish the other party with pertinent information concerning the professional liability insurance coverage that it maintains. Such information shall include the identity of the insurance carrier(s), coverage levels, and deductible amounts.

  • Required Evidence of Insurance i. Copy of the additional insured endorsement or policy language granting additional insured status; and ii. Certificate of Insurance.
