Common use of Annual Performance Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Annual Performance Evaluation. On a calendar year basis, the Bank and/or the Company (acting through the full Board or a committee thereof) shall conduct an annual performance evaluation of the Executive, the results of which shall be included in the minutes of the Board or committee meeting and communicated to the Executive.
