Common use of Annual Planning Meeting Clause in Contracts

Annual Planning Meeting. Annually, representatives of the DIVISION, the FPA, and others deemed necessary, shall meet and jointly discuss, review, and update as necessary the WFPP, develop an annual operating plan (AOP), and set the FPA’s rates for personnel and equipment. The AOP will identify, among other things, prioritized hazardous fuel treatment areas, training needs, equipment needs, defensible space activities and personnel responsible for representing the WFPP program interests for cost containment, FMAG data, and cost recovery. All AOP’s will be signed by March of each year. The DIVISION will arrange the date and location for the meeting each year.
