Annual Policies. (i)Under Sections 2A and 3, if for a reason other than for non-payment of premium or fraud, the Company cancels or refuses to renew this Policy, then the Insured may: ▪ by giving written notice to the Company no later than 60 days after the effective date of cancellation or non-renewal; and ▪ upon payment of a non-refundable additional premium of 75% of the Policy premium (for those Sections to which it applies), paid to the Company within 30 days of the cancellation or non- renewal; secure an Extended Reporting Period of 365 days following the effective date of such cancellation or non-renewal to report claims made against the Insured, notice of which has been received and recorded by the Insured during that period. Provided that the injury or damage or act (as applicable) giving rise to the claim happened prior to the effective date of cancellation or non-renewal, such claims shall be deemed to have been made and reported during the Period of Insurance.

Annual Policies. If You cancel this policy at any other time You will be entitled to receive a pro rata refund depending on the remaining time on Your policy. We will apply an administration charge of £25.00 to cover the costs We incur when a policy is cancelled. If a claim or an incident that may give rise to a claim has occurred the claim amount will be deducted from the pro rata refund.

  • Renewal Policies Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each insurance policy required pursuant to the Insurance Agreement, Mortgagor will deliver to Mortgagee either an appropriate renewal policy (or a certified copy thereof), together with evidence satisfactory to Mortgagee that the applicable premium has been prepaid.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4.1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • Umbrella Policies Contractor may satisfy basic coverage limits through any combination of basic coverage and umbrella insurance.

  • General Policy Our policy is to make funds from your cash and check deposits available to you on the next business day after we receive your deposit. Electronic direct deposits will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Once they are available, you can withdraw the funds in cash and we will use the funds to pay checks that you have written. For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit before 6:00 p.m. within our facilities or through our ATM on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit after 6:00 p.m. through our ATM or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.

  • Personnel Policy Employees of the Parties to this Agreement shall be subject to the personnel rules, laws and regulations of their respective agencies, unless they are employed temporarily by another Party to this Agreement and the authority under which such temporary employment is authorized provides that such employees shall be subject to the employing Party’s personnel laws and regulations.

  • Alcohol Policy 12.11 Where contractually bound, the employer will apply the Drug and Alcohol Management Program (DAMP) as contained at Appendix M.

  • Renewal Policy The renewal policy for your accounts is stated in the Rate Schedule. For accounts that automatically renew for another term, you have a grace period of seven (7) days after maturity in which to withdraw funds in the account without being charged an early withdrawal penalty.

  • Requirements for All Policies Each policy of insurance required under this Section 11.1 shall: (i) be in a form, and written by an insurer, reasonably acceptable to Landlord, (ii) be maintained at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, and (iii) require at least thirty (30) days’ written notice to Landlord prior to any cancellation, nonrenewal or modification of insurance coverage. Insurance companies issuing such policies shall have rating classifications of “A” or better and financial size category ratings of “VII” or better according to the latest edition of the A.M.
