Administration Charge. In the event that an Administration Charge is due, as set forth on the Contract Specifications Page, Nationwide shall withdraw the amount of the charge from the Guaranteed Fund.
Administration Charge. The Resident is required to pay the Operator an amount equal to 2% of the Capital Sum, plus GST, on the date of settlement of payments under a relicensing of the Unit to a new resident, as an administration charge.
Administration Charge. The Administration Charge is shown on the Contract Specifications page. It is deducted daily from each of the Sub-Accounts. This deduction is made to reimburse us for certain expenses that are incurred in the administration of this Contract and the Separate Account. The Certificate Maintenance Fee (“Fee”) is shown on the Contract Specifications page. It is deducted from the interest of a Participant in this Contract as of the Valuation Date after each Certificate Anniversary that his or her interest in this Contract is in effect until the Commencement Date. The full annual Fee will also be deducted at the time of a surrender of his or her interest in this Contract. The Fee will be deducted pro-rata from each Sub-Account in which he or she has an interest at that time. The Fee does not apply to the Fixed Account. After the Commencement Date, if Variable Dollar payments are to be made, the Fee will be deducted pro-rata from each payment. This deduction will result in a reduction in the amount of such payment. We may waive the Fee in whole or in part in our sole discretion.
Administration Charge. An administration charge will be assessed for processing of this application, review and approval of engineering designs and construction inspection. The administration charge is calculated as 3% of the total off-site construction costs, not including design. 7% GST will be added.
Administration Charge. The Resident will pay to the Operator on demand a reasonable charge in the event that the cost of any goods or services supplied to the Resident are charged directly to the Operator.
Administration Charge. If the aggregate amount by which the Purchase Price exceeds the Manufacturer’s Cost for any Calendar Year (the “Administration Charge”) is less than ***** (*****) (which amount, as increased from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Section 8.2, is herein referred to as the “Minimum Administration Charge”), then XxXXXX shall pay to IMI the amount by which the Minimum Administration Charge exceeds the Administration Charge for such year. Such payment shall accompany the royalty payment for the last Fiscal Quarter for each Calendar Year. The Minimum Administration Charge shall be increased by the Canadian CPI, as defined and published by Statistics Canada in The Consumer Price Index Catalogue #62-001-XPB, as determined as of December 31 of the Calendar Year previous to the Year in which a sale of Product in accordance with Section 8.1 occurs.
Administration Charge. (a) The current administration charge is charged on the Regular Contribution and any Additional Regular Contribution for the entire applicable ICP during ICP and value of Accumulation Account as at the due date, and payable monthly throughout the term of the Plan. During ICP, the fee shall be paid in advance by cancelling the Units to be allocated for the Initial Account; and after ICP, the fee shall paid by cancelling the Units to be allocated for the Accumulation Account (as the case may be). This administration charge is payable until this Plan is terminated. Please refer to the Plan Schedule for the details of the Administration Charge.
(b) If the balance of Accumulation Account is insufficient to cover the Administration Charge due, then the remaining balance of the Administration Charge shall be deducted by canceling Units from the Initial Account.
Administration Charge. (a) The current administration charge is 0.15% per month charged on the value of the Plan Account as at the due date, and payable monthly. The administration charge will continue be charged in the following circumstances (i) where a plan has matured until Metis receives an instruction from the Plan Owner pursuant to clause 3.5, (ii) where an election is made pursuant to clause 3.5 (a) to extend the plan or (iii) where an election pursuant to clause 3.5 (c) is made, until all underlying assets are paid out. The fee shall be paid by cancelling the Units to be allocated for the Plan Account. Please refer to the Plan Schedule for the details of the Administration Charge.
(b) When the Plan is cancelled or terminated, we deduct a proportion of the charge, calculated on a daily basis from the last Plan Date.
Administration Charge. An administration charge is applicable to this development in the amount of 3% (+ GST) of the total off-site servicing costs. The administration charge will be assessed and must be paid prior to release of any security deposits.
