Administration Charge. In the event that an Administration Charge is due, as set forth on the Contract Specifications Page, Nationwide shall withdraw the amount of the charge from the Guaranteed Fund.

Administration Charge. The Resident is required to pay the Operator an amount equal to 2% of the Capital Sum, plus GST, on the date of settlement of payments under a relicensing of the Unit to a new resident, as an administration charge.
Administration Charge. The Administration Charge is shown on the Contract Specifications page. It is deducted daily from each of the Sub-Accounts. This deduction is made to reimburse us for certain expenses that are incurred in the administration of this Contract and the Separate Account. The Certificate Maintenance Fee (“Fee”) is shown on the Contract Specifications page. It is deducted from the interest of a Participant in this Contract as of the Valuation Date after each Certificate Anniversary that his or her interest in this Contract is in effect until the Commencement Date. The full annual Fee will also be deducted at the time of a surrender of his or her interest in this Contract. The Fee will be deducted pro-rata from each Sub-Account in which he or she has an interest at that time. The Fee does not apply to the Fixed Account. After the Commencement Date, if Variable Dollar payments are to be made, the Fee will be deducted pro-rata from each payment. This deduction will result in a reduction in the amount of such payment. We may waive the Fee in whole or in part in our sole discretion.
Administration Charge. An administration charge will be assessed for processing of this application, review and approval of engineering designs and construction inspection. Administration Charge. (a) The current administration charge is 0.15% per month charged on the value of the Plan Account as at the due date, and payable monthly. The administration charge will continue be charged in the following circumstances (i) where a plan has matured until Metis receives an instruction from the Plan Owner pursuant to clause 3.5, (ii) where an election is made pursuant to clause 3.5 (a) to extend the plan or (iii) where an election pursuant to clause 3.5 (c) is made, until all underlying assets are paid out. The fee shall be paid by cancelling the Units to be allocated for the Plan Account. Please refer to the Plan Schedule for the details of the Administration Charge. (b) When the Plan is cancelled or terminated, we deduct a proportion of the charge, calculated on a daily basis from the last Plan Date.
