Alcohol Policy. Alcohol is permitted with rentals. It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that all laws relating to alcohol service and consumption are abided by, especially relating to underage drinking. The renter assumes all responsibility for any and all incidents/damage stemming from alcohol related issues.

No guest will knowledgeably be over-served.

Any damages to the facility or its contents will be deducted from the facility deposit and, if damages to the facility exceed the amount of the deposit, the undersigned Property Owner/Resident shall be liable for the cost of the repairs. No outdoor music is permitted beyond the following limits: outside only until 10 PM on Sunday-Thursday and until 11 PM on Fridays, Saturdays and nights immediately before a holiday in accordance with the rules of Indigo Run.

CLEANING POLICIES • Cleanup must be completed immediately following your event, not the next day. The return of your deposit will be determined based on compliance with the following guidelines: • Bag ALL garbage (including kitchen and bathroom) and place in appropriate bins located outside the reception hall. Glass bottles and cans go in blue recycling bin. If you do not put trash in appropriate bins, your deposit will be forfeited. • No garbage or personal effects are to be left inside the hall. Any spills on the floor, liquid or solid must be wiped up immediately.
