Annual Review of Research Plans. On an annual basis, the Parties, through the JRC, shall review, and as necessary, update and amend the then-current Research Plans, provided that either Party may at any time between annual updates recommend updates or amendments of the then-current plans and associated budget for consideration by the JRC.
