Common use of Annual Vacation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Annual Vacation Benefit. Eligible employees, as defined in this Article, shall receive an annual vacation credit, prorated on the basis of actual hours worked versus the hours a full-time employee would normally work (2,080 hours), at the end of each vacation year completed.
