Anonymous Complaints. Process for anonymous complaints: 1. Complaint form is filled out and complainant is advised of the option to initiate a formal investigation. 2. Supervisor advises the officer/employee of the allegation, records any comments on the complaint form, and discusses the incident, with no further investigation. 3. Disposition box marked as "unfounded because no further investigation possible". 4. Redacted complaint is filed in Bureau Commander's yearly complaint file.
