Anti-Social Behaviour. 8.1 You are responsible for your own behaviour and for that of anyone living with you, whether permanently or temporarily, or visiting you, including but not limited to relatives, animals and visitors. 8.2 You, relatives or anyone living with you, your animals and your visitors must not cause, or act in a way which is likely to cause, nuisance, annoyance or disturbance to people living, visiting or working in the locality of the Property. Examples of nuisance, annoyance or disturbance include but are not limited to: Foul and abusive language Loud music Shouting, arguing, door slamming Dog barking and fouling Offensive drunkenness Urinating in public Playing ball games close to somebody else’s home Causing damage or neglecting the Property Lighting excessive fires or burning of toxic materials at the Property Fly tipping “People working in the locality of the Property” includes: Our employees, contractors and other people engaged in lawful activity in the area e.g. postal workers. 8.3 You, relatives or anybody living with you, your animals and your visitors must not cause or act in a way which is likely to cause people living, visiting or working in the locality of the Property to be harassed, abused or threatened. You must not cause or act, or permit to cause or act in a way which is likely to result in our employees being harassed, abused or threatened.
