  • Expected Outcome With this waiver, the school will be able to implement its program and evaluate its teachers in accordance with its Performance Appraisal System, which is designed to produce greater accountability and be consistent with the school’s goals and objectives.   • Expected Outcomes The educational goals and objectives for improving student achievement, including how much academic improvement students are expected to show each year, how student progress and performance will be evaluated and the specific results to be attained, as described in Section 5a of the application: Student Performance, Assessment and Evaluation.

  • Data Incidents Merchant must report all instances of a Data Incident (as defined in the American Express Merchant Operating Guide) immediately to ISO after discovery of the incident. Merchant must ensure data quality and that Transaction Data and customer information is processed promptly, accurately, and completely, and complies with the American Express Technical Specifications.   • Significant Incidents In addition to notifying the appropriate authorities, Grantee will submit notice to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx and Substance Use Xxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx significant incidents involving substantial disruption of Grantee’s program operation or affecting or potentially affecting the health, safety or welfare of the System Agency funded clients or participants within three (3) calendar days of discovery.

  • Resolving an Employment Relationship Problem The employee and employer should first make a reasonable effort to discuss the problem and settle it by mutual agreement. (If it’s a personal grievance, it must first be raised with the employer within 90 days - Personal Grievances are explained further below). An employee (or employer) has the right to be represented at any stage. When a problem arises, union members should contact their local NZEI Te Riu Roa field officer for advice and representation. Employers should contact NZSTA or other adviser/representative of choice.

  • Discontinuation of Service If there are unavoidable reasons (including but not limited to technical reasons), SORACOM may discontinue provision of the SORACOM Air Global Service in whole or part.

  • Reporting Unsuccessful Security Incidents Business Associate shall provide Covered Entity upon written request a Report that: (a) identifies the categories of Unsuccessful Security Incidents; (b) indicates whether Business Associate believes its current defensive security measures are adequate to address all Unsuccessful Security Incidents, given the scope and nature of such attempts; and (c) if the security measures are not adequate, the measures Business Associate will implement to address the security inadequacies.

  • Result The term of the Agreement as extended is not further extended, and expires on the fifth anniversary of the Commencement Date.
