ANTIKICKBACK PROCEDURES. (this clause is applicable to contracts exceeding $150,000) The Contractor agrees to be bound by and comply with the clause entitled "Anti-Kickback Procedures (OCT 2010)" except for subparagraph (c)(1) thereof, which clause is contained in Section 52.203-7 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.203-7 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations), including the requirement to incorporate the substance of the clause (except for subparagraph (c)(1) thereof) in subcontracts under this contract which exceed $150,000.
