Any official. correspondence from the University to the Bargaining Unit shall be directed to the Bargaining Unit President. Any official correspondence from the Bargaining Unit to the University shall be addressed to the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, or someone specifically designated by the Associate Vice President, Human Resources, unless otherwise stated in this Agreement.
