Common use of AOC Project Management Clause in Contracts

AOC Project Management. For the purposes of this Agreement, the AOC’s authorized representative ("Project Manager") shall be as named in the most current version of Exhibit B of this Agreement: All requests and communications about the Services to be performed under this Agreement shall be made through the Project Manager. The Project Manager is not authorized by the AOC to make any commitments or changes which will affect the price, terms or conditions of this Agreement absent an Amendment executed by the parties.
