AONB Partnership. Provide guidance and advice to the AONB Joint Advisory Committee the Officers Technical Committee and the Partnership Management Group on matters relevant to management of the AONB, preparing reports as necessary and ensuring that all Partnership members have the opportunity to be well informed. Represent the AONB Partnership, as appropriate, on working and advisory groups and other collaborative initiatives. Secure support for and commitment to a vision for the Forest of Xxxxxxx AONB and help to promote understanding, enjoyment and appreciation of the area at a local, regional and national level. Advise the AONB Partnership on strategically important matters affecting the conservation and enhancement of the natural beauty of the AONB. Liaise, as necessary, with other public bodies in relation to the exercise and performance of their functions where these may impact on the conservation and enhancement of the natural beauty of the AONB.

  • Partnership The Partnership shall be given days’ notice to purchase the ownership interest under the same terms agreed upon by the potential buyer.

When Client purchases Software and Services through a Business Partner, Red Hat confirms that it is responsible for providing the Software and Services to Client under the terms of this Agreement. Red Hat is not responsible for (a) the actions of Business Partners, (b) any additional obligations Business Partners have to Client, or (c) any products or services that Business Partners supply to Client under any separate agreements between a Business Partner and Client.
