AP Acceptance or Rejection of Child Assignment. Within a reasonable period after AP is provided with available information regarding the referred child, AP must inform Xxxx of AP’s acceptance or rejection of the assignment. AP must indicate acceptance of the child assignment by executing and returning to Xxxx the appropriate Placement Agreement. AP’s failure to execute the Placement Agreement, or rejection of the assignment for reasons considered “unreasonable” by Xxxx or by authorities in the sending country may result in no further child referrals or assignments. In that event, this agreement will automatically terminate.
