Referral and Assignment of Child. 8.1 Referral of child—If AP’s home study is written and approved, and upon satisfaction of all other conditions precedent, AGCI will make reasonable efforts to refer to AP a child eligible for adoption who meets the AP criteria as stated in the approved home study. The DISCLAIMERS/ RELEASES provisions of this agreement expressly apply to this subsection.
