APC Family. The LOC must make available catering services at the Asian Para Games 2026 Venue during Competition Sessions for the APC Family (as defined in Appendix D) in a designated lounge.

APC Family. 6.4.1 The LOC shall provide the rooms, on a full board basis, for the members of the APC Family (as defined in Appendix D) in the Asian Para Games 2026 official hotel (hereinafter referred to as, “APC Family Hotel”) for the Asian Para Games 2026 Period. The conditions of the APC Family Hotel shall be discussed and determined between the APC and the LOC. Provided, however, on the Commencement Date, it is duly acknowledged that it is impossible to specify the number of the members of the APC Family who will stay at the rooms and the period of stay at the rooms of these persons. Hence, the final report of the above number and the period of stay at the rooms shall be provided by the APC to the LOC no later than twelve (12) months prior to the Opening Ceremony. 6.4.2 The maximum number of room-nights on a full board basis, free of charge, to be provided by the LOC for the following members of the APC Family will be eight hundred (800). Provided, however, if the members of the APC Family stay at the APC Family Hotel, in excess of eight hundred (800) in the maximum number of room-nights, the LOC makes its efforts that the excess for the accommodation will be provided at the reasonable price separately discussed and determined between the APC and the LOC.   • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and
