Common use of APDEA President Clause in Contracts

APDEA President. Recognizing the mutual benefit to the parties of cooperative labor relations and the resolution of grievances and potential grievances at the lowest possible level, the Municipality will allow the APDEA President to work on such Union related business. The Association shall reimburse the Municipality for 50% of the APDEA President’s salary.

APDEA President. Recognizing the mutual benefit to the parties of cooperative labor relations and the resolution of grievances and potential grievances at the lowest possible level, the Municipality will allow shall release with pay and benefits the APDEA President to work on such Union related businessfrom 90% of normal duties. The Association shall reimburse the Municipality for 50% of the salary of the APDEA President’s salary, effective January 1, 2009 and continuing for the duration of this Agreement.
