Apparatus Relocations. i. Senior personnel bid to a station shall have the choice of transferring with the relocated apparatus, or remaining at their current bid station, unless they hold a certification that is required to maintain the service level provided by that apparatus. In the event there are unbid positions at a station that the apparatus is being relocated from, and no personnel wish to relocate with the apparatus, the unbid positions shall follow the apparatus.
