Appeal of Suspension. 10.5.2.2.1 The faculty member, in accordance with Section 37(4) of the College and Institute Act, may appeal the suspension to the College Board. 10.5.2.2.2 The College may pay salary to a faculty member in the period during which the faculty member is under suspension, either during or following the suspension.
