Appeals Committee Report. The Appeals Committee shall review the decision under appeal and report to the President. The report of the Appeals Committee shall include a clear recommendation to uphold or deny the appeal. The recommendation shall be based on fair and uniform application of the terms and conditions of Articles 17 and 18 of the Collective Agreement. The report shall also state the reasons for the recommendation, making specific reference to the collective agreement and the criteria document. The report shall be in writing, with a copy provided to the Faculty Association.
