Sessional Member Review Process. Reviews may be initiated by the member, the Xxxx, Department Head, or Area Representative. A sessional member shall at minimum be reviewed upon achieving preference and then upon achieving priority; the reviews will be conducted by the Xxxx, Department Head, or Area Representative of the unit for which the sessional member has received the most contracts. The member, the Xxxx, Department Head, or Area Representative may also request an in class assessment. A performance review for sessional members shall include student evaluations in accordance with Article 17.18 and a review of instructional and student assessment materials. The review may include the report of an in class assessment (if performed) and a teaching dossier. A request to include such material shall not be unreasonably denied. The Xxxx, the Department Head, or Area Representative shall meet with the sessional member within thirty (30) days of gathering the information indicated above to discuss the review, identify areas of strength and/or plans for development, and, if necessary, make recommendations that will assist the member to improve performance. The academic staff member has the right to be accompanied by an academic staff member or Association representative.

The member or the Xxxx may also request an in- class assessment.   • Steering Committee The Project Manager shall set up a Steering Committee for the Project, consisting of representatives from the Department, the Contractor, and any other key organisations whom the project will impact on, to be agreed between the parties. The function of the Steering Committee shall be to review the scope and direction of the Project against its aims and objectives, monitor progress and efficiency, and assess, manage and review expected impact and use of the findings from the Project. The Committee shall meet at times and dates agreed by the parties, or in the absence of agreement, specified by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall report their views on the progress of the Project to the Steering Committee in writing if requested by the Department. The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • The Joint Committee 1. A Joint Committee is hereby established in which each Contracting Party shall be represented.

  • Joint Steering Committee [***] following the Effective Date [***], a joint steering committee (the “JSC”) will be established by the Parties to provide oversight and to facilitate information sharing between the Parties with respect to the activities under this Agreement.
