Appearance of Site. Artist shall maintain a neat appearance to the work at the Site. Artist shall be responsible for any clean-up of the Site made necessary by the installation of the Artwork, including without limitation, removal of equipment, materials and the repair of any portion of the Site or surrounding area damaged by the installation of the Artwork caused by the negligence or willful acts or omissions of Artist or Artist’s subcontractors.
