APPENDICES AND AMENDMENTS. A. All appendices and amendments to this MOU shall be numbered (or lettered) dated and signed by the authorized agent of each of the Parties and shall be subject to all provisions of this MOU. B. All current amendments and appendices resulting from meeting and conferring over this MOU shall be listed and published as a part of this MOU.
