APPENDIX TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES. 2021 ANNEX I TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES 2021 A.LIST OF PARTIES Data Exporter(s): Data Exporter is (i) the legal entity that has executed the Standard Contractual Clauses as a Data Exporter and, (ii) all Affiliates (as defined in the Agreement) of Customer established within the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland that have purchased the Services on the basis of one or more Order Form(s). Data Importer(s): IIJ is a provider of enterprise cloud computing solutions which processes personal data upon the instruction of the data exporter in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
APPENDIX TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES. EXPLANATORY NOTE: It must be possible to clearly distinguish the information applicable to each transfer or category of transfers and, in this regard, to determine the respective role(s) of the Parties as data exporter(s) and/or data importer(s). This does not necessarily require completing and signing separate appendices for each transfer/category of transfers and/or contractual relationship, where this transparency can achieved through one appendix. However, where necessary to ensure sufficient clarity, separate appendices should be used. ANNEX I
