Common use of Appendixes Clause in Contracts

Appendixes. The following Appendixes are attached to this Agreement as of the Effective Date: Appendix # 1 – Specification Appendix # 2 – Pricing Appendix # 3 – Packaging Specifications The Appendixes to this Agreement, and all terms and conditions contained therein, as amended or supplemented from time to time, are hereby incorporated by reference; provided that, in the event of a conflict between any term or/and condition of this Agreement and any term or condition of any of the Appendixes, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
